Macarons are a continuous journey for perfection. I began baking these finicky treats in 2012 after a trip abroad. While macarons were resplendent in the window shops of Europe, they were few and far between in rural Georgia. Since that trip, I have spent time perfecting the art of macaronage and mastering these deliciously sweet treats. I love watching their feet rise and enjoying that first crunchy chewy bite! But of all the reasons I enjoy baking macarons, seeing my customers faces light up when they open a box of my macarons is my favorite one!
